FRAGRANCE ALERT! As soon as the front doors open there is an over whelming sweet/perfume smell. If you are sensitive to strong perfume don't stay here. The rooms are great and the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. We used the pool before leaving and it was very nice. If it wasn't for the fragrance throughout the hotel I would give it a 5.

Really cool hotel! Exceptionally clean and smelled amazing. So glad we found this place. However, breakfast was supposed to open at 7 am, and by the time we left at 8 am it still was not open because some one apparently did not show up? Then upon our departure we asked for water (as Hilton Honors members) and were told that this hotel “doesn’t do that.” Even if that is the case, it may have been the last they could have done for my hungry 6 old.

The rooms are nice and big. Fridge, bottled water and a decent size bathroom. The walls around the window are getting old and need a little work. Ac was loud.

I was located by the dumpsters so i could listen to the bin get filled up with glass bottles. The staff was loud and it was annoying for at least two hours, it messed up our sleep. I asked to be changed and they didn’t comply.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Staff was wonderful

This is an excellent hotel choice. We booked the only suite they have……it was amazing! It’s definitely one I’d book again if it that area. We were celebrating our 39th anniversary. They have an onsite restaurant which has very good food! We did not dine in but room service did not disappoint! The check in was easy and staff is very attentive and can offer information for the surrounding area.

We love this hotel, very clean and comfortable. Convenient location.

We only stayed here for one night recently. I’ll start by saying that the hotel has a great location. It feels safe. We checked in via app with no issues. Prior to checking in, Clarence stayed in touch with us and even made a courtesy call. I can appreciate that. The hotel’s decor was very nice and the layout of the suite was very nice. It has great space. Traveling as a family, we need space. Upon entering the room though, we noticed multiple stains on the couch. We had an appointment immediately after check-in so I wasn’t able to complete my full inspection. When we returned, we wanted to go straight to bed. We had a double room so I did a quick check over one bed and the other I didn’t inspect so well. In the middle of the night, we noticed stains on the second bed. The stains were on the pillows too. It looked like hair dye but who knows. There’s no way the cleaning staff could have missed these stains. Very disappointing. The room was showing signs of wear and tear, but not too bad to complain about. I will say that the front desk staff was nice and accommodating. My main concerns about hotels are safety and cleanliness. It’s the oversight of the cleanliness of the bed that impacted the rating. Would I stay here again, not sure. It may not be my first choice, but I can’t say that it wouldn’t happen.

Kitchen staff needs some help. My breakfast was lukewarm and there was NO milk.
