Very nice staff overall! They did their best to accommodate us. However, after sleeping on those mattresses and paper thin pillows....our bodies hurt so bad the next day. Had we needed to stay in town longer, it would have been elsewhere. We won't be back again due to this.

My husband and I had stayed here once previously as we wedding planned during the pandemic. It was a great stay then and it was wonderful to return to one of our favorite hotels for this Easter weekend. The front desk staff, Adrienne (?) was incredibly helpful in making sure we had extra blankets and pillows. Since we live in Northwest Arkansas, seldom do we find a need to stay in Little Rock overnight but we are both eager to return to The Burgundy soon!

The only complaint we had was that you have to step all the way into the shower in order to turn on the water. The door closet to the faucet doesn’t open. Everything else was wonderful.
