La ubicación es inmejorable, con mucho sitio para aparcar cerca y proximo a tren y supermercado. El personal era profesional, atento y predispuesto a ayudar.

Las camas eran muy blandas, pero eso es cuestion de gustos.

La ubicación

Mi experiencia en este hotel ha sido muy decepcionante. Reservé una habitación con cama doble y, al llegar, me asignaron una con camas separadas. Al entrar, los muebles estaban rotos y la televisión no funcionaba. Tras quejarme en recepción, me cambiaron de habitación, pero en la nueva no había agua caliente. Para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas, el nivel de mantenimiento y atención al cliente es inaceptable. Esperaba mucho más por el precio y la categoría. No recomendaría este hotel y no pienso volver.
