Unser Fahrzeug wurde in der Nacht aufgebrochen 50m neben dem Hotel. Wir haben uns im Hotel Unterstützung erhofft was wir jetzt tun sollten . Das einzige von der Rezeption war die lapidare Antwort dann rufen sie doch die Polizei an. Dort wurde aber nur spanisch gesprochen mit dem Hinweis da müssen sie bei uns mit dem Fahrzeug vorbeikommen aber nicht gesagt wohin genau. Ein bisschen mehr Service vom Hotel hätten wir uns eigentlich schon erwartet. Gruß Klaus

En general todo bien, hotel de gran calidad buen trato ubicacion i desayuno

Quizás se tendria que hacer una limpieza a fondo de la habitación i baño. El aparcamiento me parece caro 16€

le prix de la réservation était de 382,92 j 'ai fait une carte de 305,92+un prélèvement de 125 euros et un autre de 26 ,00 euros sans détails soit un total de 482,92 ( j 'avais la voiture au parking de l hôtel ) j 'ai jamais eu de facture je retourne à Mataro au mois de novembre mais pas au UHR cordialement
