Novotel Wolverhampton

Very disappointing I could name a list of things but I’ll just give you a couple hygiene an the power went out an I had to leave

A few annoyances with the room… broken plug socket, broken toilet seat, AC unit with lights flashing all night. Clean and quiet though. Didn’t like having a dart board next to our table in the dining area; having darts being thrown next to our heads was annoying. The food was pretty poor… barely cooked chips, greasy fish and low quality pizza. Decided not to risk breakfast.

Our room was great and the hotel had everything we needed for our 2 night stay in Wolverhampton. It was clean, spacious, the Rituals toiletries in the bathroom were nice and the buffet breakfast was amazing with lots of choice. Parking was easy and cost £5 per day.

Sofa bed broke as not all slats there ... rubbish behind sofa bed was disgusting Stains on sofabed seating Staff did change room for me tho!

There was blood on my curtains and both my sheets and my friend’s had stains. The night bar staff were slow and didn’t know what they were doing.

Staff would benefit from training on customer relations. Hotel guest are exactly that, guests! A courteous smile and at least a hint of welcome would suffice.

Good stay, friendly staff, efficient check in and out. Good choice of food, although standard taste but acceptable. Quiet hotel to aid good nights sleep

The room was tired and not cleaned properly and the toilet was dirty and had a broken seat. The breakfast buffet was not good with cold hash browns and eggs and the cheese selection was hard and curled up. Disappointed.

Stayed for one night to attend a concert which was fine but couldn’t have stayed any longer. The most uncomfortable bed and pillow I have ever slept on .
