Very dated hotel and room card didn't work time snd time again. Main plus point was the lovely breakfast. Hotel needs some urgent sprucing up!

"Needs a deep clean and update but staff lovely"

Such lovely staff. Sadly our room needed a good gutting, the water didnt drain, dirty around the plug. Black mould and worst of all someone had made tea in the kettle and it was thick mould. Therefore hadnt been checked in weeks. I did mention to reception when I left and they gave us a free breakfast which was lovely. It was a stay for my Husbands birthday so less than ideal . That said the bed was super comfy and we would return

Room isn't ready at 3pm, water tank of the coffee machine is dirty inside. Staffs talking loud outside the room in early morning.

Property was good with easy parking facilities. However their key machine wasn’t working so everytime we needed to go the room had to be escorted which was a bit inconvenient
