Front desk staff was awesome. Parking lot well lit, area is just a little sketch. Kids LOVED the indoor pool.

More towels in the room.

Pool was good, hot tub fine, location to everything which was key. Very close to the stadium where we were going.

Ohhh geeze, idk what it is about this trip that I did not pick great hotels. This is a story for sure! Long review but this was a crazy stay. We happened to be there when a disturbance happened at 2am which went on for hours!!! This place must be near a bar because all hell broke loose on the second floor. We were there to swim a lil and get a good nights rest which did not happen! 2 doors down from us I am woke up by extreme banging, I hear a lady yelling, I immediately try to call the front desk with no answer. I continuously try calling the front desk with no answer so I’m thinking they must be taking care of it. There were women who brought back other ppl to the hotel after partying, it’s their life they are grown but apparently an altercation happened between them. At 2 I hear the banging then it’s still happening but a lil before 3 I hear a huge scream so I run and open the door again. At this point there was only one child asleep in our room which idk how he was. This time I see a woman, The women in the room managed to lock out one of the women they brought back and she starts screaming at them and trying to kick the door down. I’m talking looking out into the hall while banging her foot back on the door. The police come a lil later and finally get this woman. They are taking reports and stuff in the hallway and the one lady says she got bit in the booby where she proceeds to show the officer as I just happened to open by the door to see if it’s actually getting dealt with now at almost 4 so I got an eye full of boob. Apparently the banging we found out at breakfast ( this was the main topic) was TVs and items being thrown. This was absolutely insane and I get the hotel is not fully responsible for craziness but it should never take hours to deal with. I would not feel safe if this were an actual threat to us, nothing said to the ppl at the time, no hotel ppl in the hall or anything.

Good location; only a 15-minute drive to historic downtown Savannah, depending on traffic. Near airport, but not noisy. Good breakfast, with variety items each day. Pleasant desk staff who served with a smile, even when very busy with guests checking in. Good cookies on check-in. Rooms and bed were comfortable, but could use more shelving to put luggage items. Good value for the money. Impressed with the cleanliness of room 312 until the morning of checkout, when I had to get a housekeeper to come in and see a large cockroach crawling up the wall from the carpet. She did take care of it and said she would report it. I did report it to the front desk staff as well. Other than this last incident, it was a pleasant stay.
