Convient to mall

Rooms were dirty things were broken in room, front desk agent was rude or nowhere to be found. Had to change rooms because the fridge didn’t work in the front desk, agent caught a attitude about it then I was traveling by myself with my 18 month old so I had to repack everything and lug it back downstairs just for her to argue that they didn’t have a clean room for me. With a tired crying baby. Even tho it was already 5pm way past check in time. Gave me another room that wasn’t what I booked just for the tv to be broke and hair in the bathroom in that one. I didn’t even complain but why should I pay 150 dollars for a night and things not work and then have an attitude when the guest.

"Probably wouldn’t stay here again."

The complimentary breakfast was great.

The guests that had the police called on them at 3:30am disturbed our sleep. Having to leave for the airport early when we had to take a friend to the airport early. Then had a 4 hour drive was difficult after being woken up from the screaming. The room was musty when we first checked in and the air conditioning took a while to cool down the room
