"Perfect stay in Solihull"

I was very pleasantly surprised when we arrived to the hotel. It was modern but cosy and everything was absolutely immaculate. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff were brilliant, honestly possibly the friendliest hotel I’ve stayed in. I want to give a special mention to the girl who was on reception both days (I think her name was Charlene) she was so lovely and chatty. It was great to walk in and feel welcomed.
