"Inaccessible shower in a so called accessible roo."

Location

Offered an accessible room, with an inaccessible shower....requiring me to climb in and out of a bath. Which cant work as a wheelchair user I got told they have two accessible rooms, with only one having a walk I shower...... please please make these issues obvious on the website and when booking !

"Adequate for a short stay"

The location is good and convenient for the shopping centre and for eating out. The hotel ameneties are fine and the place is clean but the decor, carpets etc. and the lighting are so depressing that we used the bar only once, we didn't use the restaurant and came home sooner than planned.

Very loud other guests arguing in the night and slamming doors. Swearing, shouting. There was a wedding the night we stayed.

"Poor experience."

Worst night sleep, people need to be warned if they are placed next to the lift!!!!! As they then could not swap our room. Paying £100 for a room I couldn’t even sleep in!!! Poor menu!! Absolutely ridiculous accommodation. Completely unacceptable.
