Die Zimmer waren gut, das Frühstück war gut, check out bis 13 Uhr war prima.

"Great location - but front desk staff were really surly. Would not stay again."

Location was great!

The restaraunt staff were nice but the front desk staff/reception staff were REALLY surly - not friendly at all. I am a British female - maybe that's why? But they were super ignorant, bordering on rude. The pool was lovely but there were no sunbeds put out, you had to find them behind an area in the garden and drag them yourself to the pool - most of them were covered in bird poo. We got the impression they did not really want the pool to be used (or maybe not to see people in swim suits?) There was even a sign that said 'no burkinis allowed!'
