The location was good, the bed was comfortable, the room was cleaned every day

The disrespectful staff at breakfast and in the restaurant, think it's wrong when staff allow guests to pick food up with their hands and put it back if they didn't want it, staff taking food off the breakfast buffet and eating it infront of guests, staff arguing amongst themselves in front of guest's, staff members in the restaurant arguing with me while the restaurant was busy, I asked for vegetarian options and was told only salad or pizza, but another table of American ladies was offered quite a few different vegetarian choices, unfortunately we had already been served with our meal when this happened, my wife ordered a margarita pizza wich had no tomato sauce on and was burnt, we brought this to the attention of the waiter and he very abruptly told me that margarita pizza does not have tomato sauce on just cheese and it looked OK to him, I ordered a chicken lemon tagine when that arrived it was burnt, dry and overcooked, no lemon very small piece of chicken and a few soggy chips again we was told that this is how it is supposed to be, but I have eaten many tagines in morroco and never have they been that bad, they offered to cook another pizza but my wife declined but they they brought one to us any while we was sat in the bar, again my wife declined so after a few minutes of again arguing with me they took the pizza away as it had mushrooms on it and I am allergic to mushrooms, we then was told that the first two bottles of beer we had we didn't have to pay for, we think that was some sort of compensation. We booked this hotel because it had a spa, we went to book a spa and massage but when we walked in there was a member of staff petting a large cat, my wife is allergic to cats so we was unable to have any spa treatments wich we was really looking forward to. On Thursday 7th of May, at approximately 5.30 we asked at reception if they could book a taxi for Saturday 9th at 4.

Hôtel très bien entretenu dans l’ensemble, proche de la corniche et des commerces, très calme dans l'ensemble. Vous y dormez bien. Chambre spacieuse et propre, sanitaires également. ́Nettoyage fait quotidiennement. Grande piscine.

Accueil au check - in très désagréable ! Pour un 4 étoiles c'est un manque total de professionnalisme de la part d'un certain Mr l’bachir....Pas du tout à la hauteur pour l’accueil ! Personnel restaurant également, pas du tout intéressé par ce qui se passe, il fallait attendre le 3e jour pour avoir un ptit bonjour de leur part, par contre à 10h25 ils vous invitent à quitter les lieux.... Presentation buffet moyenne, produits de moyenne qualité, et chaque jour idem. Aucun membre du personnel ne nous a conseillé le parking privé de l'hôtel. Au final c'est cher pour ce que c'est. !!!

Great location, friendly staff, good, clean rooms, lovely food. We booked B&B but ended up eating two evening meals here both were lovely, very reasonably priced and served with great service.

No sun loungers for near the pool despite being on the photos. No irons in room, when asked for one it was there straight away however we nipped out and it had gone again with no word they were going in the room for it or that it would be taken quickly. Also, no milk for hot drinks provided in room though teabags, coffee & sugar provided. Other than that it was a fabulous base for us.

Hotel bem localizado entre a zona comércio, parte antiga perto, praia, e porto maritimo, camas confortáveis, quarto suficiente, bom isolamento sonoro! Camareiras esforçadas em satisfazer o hospede!

Funcionários da Recepção, nada agradáveis, quando solicitamos toalhas de praia foram recusadas. Quando informam haver toalhas de praia/piscina, A piscina nao se emcontrava utilizavel. Suja (conforme fotos)as funcionarias do bufet nada atenciosas, estavam mais preocupadas em conversar inclusivamente o chefe de sala! Uma exceção de uma funcionaria que tenho a pena de não saber o nome, sei que era mais baixa e mais magra que as restantes, sempre atenta as mesas a tirar a louça usada e pronta a colaborar! Preocupada com o serviço, sempre preocupada com o cliente! O hotel encontra-se em obras, em que os cabos estavam espalhados no piso de acesso aos quartos, ninguém se preocupava em afastar os mesmos, tinha de se saltar os mesmos!

Lugar muito aconchegante e recepção excelentes Tive pequeno contra tempo tive que viajar pra Miami fiquei poucas horas no hotel,

La chambre s’ouvre comme un souffle, spacieuse, douce, caressée par la lumière du jour qui vient s’y déposer lentement. Au loin, la piscine miroite, le jardin intérieur murmure une forme de calme presque intime. Le matin s’éveille avec générosité, les parfums chauds des viennoiseries flottent dans l’air, invitant à prendre le temps, simplement. Et puis il y a les regards, les sourires, ceux du personnel, et même du Directeur, d’une gentillesse rare, presque touchante, comme une attention sincère qui ne triche pas. On ne vient pas ici par hasard, on y reste pour cette sensation douce, enveloppante, comme un cocon hors du temps.
