Had to go out to get breakfast. No Vending machines on bottom floor. Hated how the laundry was done with app. So didn't use it.

"Road Trip Stayover"

We enjoyed our stay at the Mill Creek Inn in Salem. Homey Christmas decor in the lobby. Nice reasonably priced room and breakfast voucher at Denny's. Rooms were clean and very quiet. Loved the 24-hour coffee machine. Front desk was friendly and efficient. We would do it again sometime!

"Make a stressful time a little easier!"

We just returned home following our 2 night stay at Best Western Plus Mill Creek Inn. We were in town to attend a funeral and staying here made a difficult time a little easier. The hotel staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented (especially Misty!). The lobby was festively decorated and we really appreciated the free warm cookies, coffee bar and newspaper! Registered guests are given a breakfast voucher to redeem at Denny's conveniently located steps away from hotel.

"Would stay again, as long as it’s not the 1st floor."

Clean, convenient, entire staff was amazing(extra props to Misty), great customer service.

I stayed on both the 1st and 3rd floor during my stay. The plumbing on the 1st floor, ie drainage, needs some help. Not particularly fond of standing in 2-3 inches of water when taking a very short quick shower.

"Nice break from a long day of driving. Access from I-5 was easy"

The room was clean with ample toiletry supplies. The bed was somewhat soft for my need but acceptable. The complimentary breakfast at Denny's was a pleasant surprise
