"Disappointed"

Great location

One room really smelled and they were fully booked. Since we booked through booking.com the hotel couldn’t do anything for us. On the return trip we used a different hotel. We ended up putting everyone into one room . So in my opinion booking.com stole money from us

It was comfortable. It was clean but could of been better. 24/7 drinks in the lobby. Staff are nice.

They refuse chime cards even though its the card on file. The deposit to pay cash is outrageous. Dennys is very busy for breakfast and the service is lacking due to hotel using this for its breakfast.

hotel is very nice.The pool was clean and nice.The hot tub was actually hot the rooms were nice and comfortable and the complimentary. Denny's breakfast was amazing.

I really can't say there wasn't anything that wasn't great there.

"Exceptional"

Misty at the front desk was exceptionally friendly, hospitable, and welcoming. She has the warmest personality and the most beautiful smile. She assisted my family and I with both check-in and check-out, and my 3-year-old absolutely adored her. Misty is a gem. Her customer service was excellent and truly stood out.

What I did not like was having to walk across the parking lot to eat breakfast at Denny’s. Although the hotel partners with Denny’s to provide a complimentary breakfast, being required to dine in only was a bit challenging with a toddler. I still prefer having the complimentary breakfast inside the hotel, where guests are not required to leave the property.

"One of the better Best Westerns"

Very clean, quiet and tastefully decorated BW+s I have been to. The hot tub was amazing, and no kids in sight, was very relaxing. Nice front desk folks, good room appointments, everything worked the way it should. About the "breakfast", they give you a $10 credit to be used at Denny's across the parking lot. Service there was good both times I ate there. I'd definitely stay here again.

"All around great hotel!"

We had a great time room was clean, staff is amazing. The only issue we had was we couldn’t close the curtain but not a huge deal we were on the second floor
