Breakfast was great! Got Dennys certificates located in same parking lot. Kids had a blast in the pool and hot tub was nice to relax! Room was nice clean and comfy!

I want to sincerely recognize the entire staff for the outstanding job you all did during my stay. From the front desk to housekeeping to maintenance and management, every interaction was welcoming, professional, and genuinely thoughtful.

I tried to reserve a room through the call center. I was quoted $207 per night, even though the website said $144 per night. I couldn't finish the reservation over the phone. So, I went to the motel to pay in person. The two people working the counter, Cynthia and Steven were so friendly and accommodating. I was told the rate for the night was $144.24. I explained how the call center was going to charge me $207. Cynthia and Steven said next time call the motel directly. Use the local number on the website of the motel where you are wanting to stay.

This place was absolutely amazing I would come to salem just for this best western.free denny, pool, laundry mat, computer room, spa and sauna and the best coffee bar ever and u can customize your coffee any way u want ive never seen machine like that!!!make it strong or less strong or decaf ,anything!!! ,and free lemon and lime water,i was blown away, this hotel was made for me haha love lemon water , ,on top of free breakfast from denny you get stuff from the front like fruit and cinnamon rolls, the front desk ladies were so amazing always there to help pr anything u need and provide both the free breakfast days for denny!! And 10 percent off on food at dennys!! The maintainence is amazing keep up with everything its so nice and beautiful and kept up,the entrance look like your entering a 5 star or more hotel i can say yess!!you wont regret it!!!u need to come to place to just forget about the world come here, your hotel also has microwave and fridge and coffee keruek!!and it has all the little things u need!10/10 honestly if I can rate this over 10 I would!

Misty made everything perfect. I came from California my GF from Washington for a weekend getaway. Misty made sure we had a nice room, very friendly and knowledgeable each time I called. She is a valuable employee and deserves recognition. I do think on the website you need to put you don't have a breakfast because you give a $10 voucher to Denny's, that was nice but I would rather have the breakfast bar so I get get a variety of items for breakfast. The room was great, all the staff was amazing!! Housekeeping she was awesome also!! Feel free to call me about anything, I was very disappointed in the misleading of free breakfast!! Brian

We loved this hotel, you get so much for the price, great pool facilities and the sauna was amazing. Stay included a free breakfast at the Dennys nearby (in the parking lot within walking distance) and the employees there were so kind, we loved it, would definitely stay here again.

We stopped by Salem to stay at Best Western Plus Mill Creek Inn overnight. Its atmosphere was very good at the motel during a long rain day. Our room was impressive and big for a king bed with two high chairs on the bar countertop. Its value was pretty high, but everything was very clean and service was good. No full breakfast in the motel, but we were provided vouchers for breakfast at nearby Denny's from 6:00 to 8:00 am, but we did not get up before 8:00. However, there was an open bowl of bananas and pastries on the reception countertop for the latecomers.

Misty at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I feel the rooms could use a little TLC otherwise my stay was very pleasant. Thank you
