The close proximity to downtown. Your about 5-10mins at most away from all the major things people go to Eugene to see and or do

My 1 and ONLY Complaint would be that the parkinglot is kinda small. So everyone ends up parked super close to each other to the point you have yo be vary careful not to hit the other vehicles parked with your door when opening it. Also makes unloading baggage a pain.

The breakfast was ok. It was nice place to stay i'd stay there again.

The only thing was the breakfast i was hoping for pancakes. They had different energy bars, bananas, apples, bagels. But over all it was great.
