Campus Inn & Suites Eugene Downtown

The location was perfect for me: the evening that I arrived, I walked to a nearby pub, Gratitude Brewery for dinner, then shopped for gifts and travel foods at the Whole Foods market immediately across the street from the Inn. The continental breakfast had an impressive variety of to-go items, from fruits, muffins coffee and juices, to different kinds of granola bars. Also impressive were the all-natural line of personal soap, shampoo, etc.

The electric outlets didn't all work, in my room. That made it hard to charge my devices. Aside from that, the room was "spartan" -- serviceable. Updated artworks, but I'll bet everything else (except the mattress) had seen long use. Kind of a noisy part of town, with traffic..

The level of rudeness from the employee that checked me in and the audacity to continue to be rude.
