The staff is exceptionally responsive and handled with respect. Mr. Ahmad aka AK, the front desk staff, is exceptionally kind and helpful. If required, they can arrange for room service we need to mention at the desk everyday morning. The location is conveniently situated close to the city and the neighborhood is pleasant. They will upgrade the room if it's available with small fee. I would strongly suggest booking a queen size bed for two individuals.

This hotel has a very good location to reach many places in San Francisco including downtown and airport. Clean hotel and friendly staff. Rayan at the reception made us feel very welcomed. Coffee and tea available at the reception area all day. I would recommend this hotel.
1. The front desk staff were very pleasant & helpful 2. The mattress was good quality & very comfortable 3. There was a leak in my bathroom ceiling & dirty water dripped onto my toilet & flooded the floor. I let the front desk staff know 4 days in a row but nothing was done to fix this situation.
Never ordered this hotel - typical froud. I did not stay this "hotel" and will try to get my money back from Expedia.
