Very basic hotel. The included breakfast was extremely basic. Simple room without AC. Good Wifi. Good central location. Friendly staff.
Bathroom was dirty with flys around and the housekeeping left my window open. Gerry unsafe. Rooms super hot . So Old hotel. Housekeeping rude. Breakfast only had breads
I stayed two nights in San Francisco at this hotel, which is conveniently located near Union Square with easy public transport. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, a nice bathroom, and a fridge. However, it lacked air conditioning—one night was fine at 20°C, but the fan wasn't enough when it reached 30°C outside. The complimentary breakfast was basic (cereals, toast, jam, coffee), but sufficient to start the day, and there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.
Very loud neighborhood. Trouble to fall asleep.

Great staff, I did not get the room I reserved ( I reserved a queen deluxe, but got a 2 doubles room. It didn't really bother me, it was fine and the beds were comfortable. The room was old but very clean. The bathroom was spotless and had great hot water and pressure . The location was perfect. My only complaint is the electrical outlets need to be replaced as my phone charger kept falling out of the sockets. I would stay here again , but I would ask for a rear room. The street noise can be pretty loud , not a fault of the hotel, it's in a busy neighborhood. Thanks for a nice stay .
More option for breakfast
Good: The receptionist greeted me politely and I was able to check in fast. I arrived a little earlier hoping to sit at the lobby but there was a room available. The bed is comfortable, the sheets are good, has good bath wash, shampoo and everything is clean. Bad: - No bathtub (as advertised). - no insulated/quiet rooms. there is an inch of space under the door. You can hear people in the corridor. - breakfast is useless. I was expecting more than a glass of orange juice and a toast. - Sheets are cotton but not Egyptian cotton.
Hotel needs to be refurbished
It was cheap and cheerful. good restaurants nearby. central. beds ok, room small pillows poor and breakfast pretty basic.
