Location and cleanliness

We were only staying one night but housekeeping knocked on the door at 8am. They werenโ€™t going to clean the room and were maybe just hoping we were gone already, but we were hoping to sleep in. That would be my only complaint

"Bed was delightful. Quiet. Pleasant area"

Upon arrival there was a lot of dark hair in the bathtub and was not cleaned thoroughly. The shower head did not work well and spray was weak. Sink plunger did not work well and had to pull up stopper by hand.

"Comfortable stay but customer service could be better"

Spacious rooms, delicious warm cookies at check in, nice coffee

No replies to multiple messages on Booking.com app; sent us a COVID era message about wearing face coverings at hotel at all times which also stated check in was until midnight.

Location

The lock on my room door did not work properly.I had to seek help to get in my room. The shower water flow was poor The toilet would not flush.I had to unstick to float to get the tank to fill
