"Still the best option in the area"

Good location. Cookies. Coffee in room.

Our tub did not drain and was probably clogged. Toilet also required several flushes. Our room was way on the end with no view by parking lot, although room was bigger.

The staff were polite. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The elevator was shoddy looking and the carpets in the hallway shabby . I was uncertain about the message in the safe which promoted the use of lockers at reception rather than the safe in the room? But then when I enquired, there were no safes at reception for guest usage. Also no porters were available to assist to room .Needed a kettle, thought there would be one in the room.I guess I was comparing it to the Doubletree hotels in South Africa which are good!
