Red Roof Inn Dalton

Stopped around 12:30 am on 4/20/26. We checked in, went up to our room, the bed had been slept in there was a drinking glass on the nightstand. We immediately went back to the front desk. Girl was rude and kept yawning. She told us that was the last room. ( the parking lot was basically empty) she asked if I was wanted a refund or if we were staying. UM REFUND! when she did the refund she told me it would take 5-7 business days to get my money back. We were not even there 5 minutes!!!! Also I thought they didn’t post the charge u til after you checked out? No wonder their rating was so low if this is how they treat people and give them rooms like what we got. STAY AWAY

The room was fine except that something bit me in my sleep. Still have the blte marks

I like where our room was located I like that it was clean and comfortable and it was exactly what we booked.

The only thing I didn't like was there was no pool.

Easy access off I-75 .We stayed one night. Room was on second floor and no elevator 😩 Room was clean but dated. Some damage to furniture and door safety latch was missing ☹️ Very noisy at night from traffic ☹️ Room not dark at all, at night☹️ Mattress ok but pillows hard ,sheets dirty 🤢 Ice machine not running on 2nd floor Breakfast was only pancakes, packaged danishes, yogurt, 2 juices, tea /coffee Waffle area messy , no one cleaning up area, as in other hotels. All for $88! YOUNG LADY AT RECEPTION WAS VERY LOVELY: PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT, FRIENDLY

Honestly nothing it was a horrible experience. We arrived very late after a 12 hour drive , to be told our reservation with booking .com didn't go thru so they charged us again. Then we get to our room to find roaches , so we walked next door to get another room because driving was out of the question but they didn't take pets . So my husband slept in room I could not so I tried to sleep in our truck to no avail. We did not go to front desk that night because going to a different room would still have roaches. Next day they were not very nice after I told them. You should take them off your options for a good stay.

My bathroom door locked you in . If I was alone I wouldn't have gotten out until the cleaners came.

The location is the only thing this hotel has going for it.

I had roaches in my room, cigarette burns in the bedding, the toliet wasn’t attached to the floor, the water wouldn’t stop running in the bathtub and the place itself was just gross.
