"Terrible and didn’t even end up staying"

Nothing. After they tried to give us 2 rooms that were both occupied or either ripped apart, we choose not to even stay!

Dirty and very unorganized with staff not even knowing what rooms were booked or not

"Just okay"

Close to the venue. The lady that checked us in was wonderful. However the shower was HORRIBLE! More water came out the side of the faucet than out of the shower head. We told the girl at the front desk but they never did anything about it.

When you had an issue nothing was done about it
