Towels were dirty one was already used, staff told management I was being picky, I told her I just wanted clean towels. She started laughing with another staff. Rude, if I wasn’t scared of going to jail, I would have smacked the poop out of her, I was sooo , you know, management said nothing. Room dirty, staff dirty

First room had sticky floors, dirty linens. Holes in the sheets and even hair. Best thing is they still had a room that was cleaner that we could switch to. Limited extras, no shampoo, hairdryer and such. Most likely will not stay here again.
