Everything. We actually didn’t get to stay because the room that we received was filthy with boxes, bottles, trash and other items strewn about the room. The bed looked like it had recently been slept on. When we went to the desk to request a different room, we were told they were booked and had no other rooms. That man working said he didn’t know about the room because he “just worked at the front desk”

The staff was so helpful with all the problems we had.

The first room didn't have a refrigerator or microwave. Then when we came back to the room on the second day, the floor in the bathroom was soaked because something on the back of the toilet was leaking. The pillows were flat. I couldn't get the refrigerator to get cold.
