"I'm pissed that I got Roaches from a motel for my Anniversary!!!"

I loved my Anniversary, but Roaches are NOT good!!! The motel had a lot of roaches that we had to clean out of our stuff and we had to buy the chemicals to kill the Roaches before we could go back to work or home!!! When we let the Motel know, Joshua acted like I had done something wrong and didn't want to help in any way, plus he got VERY MAD when I called the Motel and informed them of the hazardous Roaches!!! Joshua got mad that I had reported them and barely gave me half off for one day!!! Hope he works on his customer service and gets rid of those Nasty Roaches!!!

Roaches are hazardous and nasty 🤮🤢!!!

Absolutely nothing!

First, I requested a handicap, First floor room for my disabled, elderly mother. They ignored the request, gave room away, then gave us a roach invested First floor room. I spoke with management for a room change, which finally came at 3pm the next day, and said they would provide a discount if needing another night. They didn't deliver and wanted to charge me more than my original booking for a day!!....ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE!! IM A WAE VETERAN AND HAD BAD CONDITIONS, BUT NEVER HAD A ROACH CRAWL ACROSS MY MOUTH WHEN TRYING TO SLEEP!!!
