Hotel 7 Inn Paducah

Location being close to the mall and restaurants. Shower pressure was great and wonderful temperature settings.

Requesting rooms be closer when booked together. There wasn’t enough clean linens. Loud next door neighbors to my guest that staff said they couldn’t change our rooms. Unable to adjust volume on tv. Signal for direct tv was lost within an hour of being here.

There was not anything like able about this property.

The safety of my family and the fact the rooms were not well maintained.

We had two rooms one was pet friendly. The dog had an accident in pet friendly room. So we are now band from the hotel. Would not recommend if you plan on bringing a pet

There was no breakfast, morning opener was late due to unforeseen traffic issue.

Was not able to check out until 8am. No one available and front door locked until opener arrived at 8am. Available help was courteous and helpful.

The beds was comfortable

The buttons on the heat was broken and the tv didn’t work and we had to wait like 15 minutes for them to unlock the doors to the lobby to check in when somebody is supposed to to stay at the desk at all times.

Room needed complete update. Carpet is torn or tattered in places. Security lock on door only had the door jam part. Shower needs replacement!

Rooms were clean and updated. Staff was helpful throughout the check in process. Many many shops and a mall in walking distance
