Friendly staff. Comfortable bed Close to Union Square and public transportation

I ask for accessible bedroom. It had no closet or dresser. When I mentioned it to the woman at the front desk, she confirmed that accessible room did not have closets nor dressers(!). She gave me a non accessible room - which I saw also did not have a closet or dresser! I was then given a third room which at least had a closet. On my last morning there, I dropped something at the foot of my bed, when I reach done I noticed that there were two drawers at the foot of my bed that I could have used as a dresser. Not a hotel for folks who need an accessible room!

Hotel très bien situé à San Francisco. , personnel très gentil et à notre ecoute. La chambre ainsi que la salle de bain étaient tres propre.

Il manquerait une petite étagère dans la salle de bain 😊 Sinon tout etait tres bien

"If I had to state again I would price was basically free for 3 nights on a busy weekend"
