The quiet atmosphere

Had a roach in my food the pool was down the first night and the staff was rude when I addressed the problem. My first time staying there don't think I will again..they did not try to accommodate me at all..

"Overall, the stay was doable."

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the room had a smell to it. Reminded me of stale cigarette smoke, or musty/molded smell. I used my perfume to try and make it smell better.

The smell of our room, and the smell lingered out into the hallways.

"Room needed to be completely cleaner over all..."

Like the size of room and hotel.

The room was not clean like normal.. Couch/sofa was nasty and dirty. Stains all over it. Floor had not been mopped was dirty. Room needed dusting and cleaned behind TV and lamps...dirty Clean both TV stations both dirty

Decent for price. Clean room. Good choice of snacks for sale in lobby. Water/tea/coffee station set up all day was a nice touch.

The breakfast could be improved. Limited choices. Add Fruit? pastries?

The breakfast was very disappointing. If you don’t eat eggs you were in trouble. Only other item was sausage and toast. Not even any fruit or danish or a bagel.

"Weekend get away in Rockford"

Decent hotel for the price. Breakfast could use some improvements. Parking was good. Room was clean. Went downtown for dinner and entertainment, it was a short, easy drive. Would stay here again!
