La Quinta by Wyndham Rockford

Staff was the worst absolute c*nt at the front desk. Put us in a dirty room and said we either stay there or the have nothing, post payment. So we couldn’t even receive a refund if we wanted to go to a different property. The sheets were used, hair in bed random stuff used stuff just disgusting.

Not having bottles in bathroom filled with body wash on arrival

The free breakfast is nice, it was basic, but good. The location is perfect, the price is perfect.

The wall sockets didn't hold plugs tightly, the sheets looked stained, not much sound damping, bedding for pull out sofa was missing, just a sheet.

Everything was great from the check-in, to the breakfast very clean. The lobby is very nice and the rooms were as well. I can't say anything bad.

The beds and space

The room was very beat up, old, dirty, our soaps were empty in the shower. Furniture was very stained and the lamp shade was drawn on. The morning i kept calling the front desk and every time she would answer and say "La Quinta Please hold" and before i could get word out she would put me on hold and never return to the phone so i hung up and called back repeatedly and got the same thing over and over. I had to come all the way back to the hotel to actually talk to the lady. She was not busy and there wasnt anything going on, so im not sure why the constant hold and never coming back to the phone.
