"Extended stay America Schaumburg shutdown!!"

To whom it may concern: Extended stay Schaumburg should be shutdown!! We just returned from a five night stay and it was the most disgusting, mismanaged, hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life! Please see below a list of issues: 1. Dirty socks black because of the filthy floor. 2. Mattress wrapped in plastic with mold stains, you can see through the plastic and a sweaty night sleep. 3. Refrigerator old and very noisy. 4. Pillows terrible in our first night pillowcases smelled like another person, disgusting.  5. No cable TV 6. Door lock, almost impossible to lock damaged/broken. 7. Flickering lights above the bed bothersome 8. Chairs are filthy won’t even sit on them cause they’re stained with mold! 9. Countertops are cracked in the kitchen 10. Electrical outlets are loose probably a fire hazard 11. Nobody’s ever at the counter they must have a camera because after waiting five minutes somebody will come out.  12. Dirty hallway carpets, probably because of the filthy floors in the rooms.
