Room smelled strange unavailable choices over the smart tv

Andre at the desk could not have been more helpful. He was very polite and very willing to help. It was much appreciated and made our stay even better. The room and price is a great value

I would prefer a hot breakfast to be provided to guests

Free breakfast, comfortable beds, front desk and room had an updated look. For the price and area it was priced decently.

Furniture needed to be cleaned on all sides and there was a smell in the room. The room could use a deep cleaning.

Nothing the entire experience was horrible at this property.

Spotty Internet, blood on blanket and stains That were not ours, no clocks in the room,no coffee maker as presented in the ad, poor service to room, horrible breakfast. We stayed 10 days and every day I asked about servicing the room and towels they came one time. Every time I inquired I was told I’m on the list I’m on the list when I asked for the manager, she was conveniently off sick. Trash cans totally overloaded. Moldy ceiling tiles. Horrible, rude staff at the front desk. Man at the front desk threatened to have me thrown out when we merely inquired about the coffee maker that is indicated in your ad. The entire facility needs to be shut down it’s old and filthy, and no one’s doing anything for the upkeep.
