Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Rochester Hills MI

Good location.

They had overbooked, so we couldn’t get the room we booked. Was offered an "upgrade" how the upgrade was for a king size bed, rather than 2 beds. Had to share the bed with my 18 year old son. I was told the room had a couch but didnt. The air conditioner in the room didn’t work and it was really hot.

I didn't have a remote for the TV I was told I would get some sort of credit and I still haven't received it. I didn't ask I was told

Rec, the receptionist was very king, the room was huge and clean.

Breakfast was without eggs or hot proteins. The curtain didn’t block the dawn and the light from the parking.

Nothing at all

EVERYTHING THIS PLACE IS EXTREMELY FILTHY WALKED IN AND WALKED RIGHT BACK OUT!!!!!!! Stains and dirt everywhere refrigerator disgusting and ofc I have to go through 3rd party for refund

They have plenty of options which is very nice. Cereal bars, fruit, yogurts, Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, Oatmeal, cereals, mini muffins, Danish, bagels, bread for toast :) apple juice, orange juice and milk. If they wanted to upgrade the breakfast they could add a waffle maker or add hard boiled eggs,but not necessary as they have plenty of options as is. Coffee is served all day :):):)

I enjoy my stay everytime I go so I have no complaints. I absolutely adore the staff especially Rikke, Shaleah, and McCoy. They are all down to earth, respectful, professional and will do everything they can to accommodate you. They care about your needs. In my opinion, they make this hotel go round so cheers to them and thank you :) also, yall need a raise and I hope you get one :) shout out to the cleaning ladies! They do a lovely job in the rooms and always have a smile on their faces (not an easy job). Shout out to the maintenance man as well! He helps out wherever needed other than just his job. Be nice to all.
