Horrible, dirty, infested, smelly, unsafe never again

Flip the whole damn hotel

Good location. Breakfast was good.

Room door was literally falling off the hinges. Toilet was very loose and rocking back and forth. Shower had the wrong style handle to properly operate it. Tub was extremely old and stained. It was also very slippery.

The room was adequate. The cost was about the only good thing.

No real elevator to the 2nd floor. Only a luggage elevator and it was a hassle to use. The A/C barley kept the room cool. and the TV did not work. The facility was very dated and needs to be renovated.

Perfect location for why we were in Rochester Hills. Room was clean and comfortable.

Smokers were out front of the hotel just under our window and the smell came into our room through the air conditioning. Parking lot had a lot of garbage thrown around.

It was very relaxing and the staff was always helpful and made sure to help us out with any questions or services needed. The male hotel worker was very generous and kind, i don't remember his name however he always made sure we had fresh towels and checked everywhere and found fresh towels for us late at night. His friendliness and the excellent customer service from him and the others made our stay even more enjoyable.

Something we wish was better would be more options for breakfast, it was very limited, was hoping for eggs, sausages or some source of protein.

Staff was very helpful. Room was clean. Accommodating for pets. Nice area

The business next door has events and they steal parking from the hotel which was inconvenient but not the fault of the hotel.

Horribly maintained hallways smell like crap and the elevator is from the 17th century
