The convenience of the location and the staff were amazing

It's outdated and dirty. No smart TV's, just old cable. Our shower had hair in it. There was a huge water stain on the ceiling. It was gross. Needs a remodel.

Very proximate to the events I was in town for, also close to nice running/walking/biking trails and parks. Staff was very friendly.

Sheets and mattress on one of the beds in our room were dirty. Requested new sheets from front desk but never got them. Also got a second floor room even though they’d confirmed our request for a first floor room on the reservation. Breakfast isn’t really a breakfast. Just a few mini muffins or box cereal.

My booking was canceled without any notification. I had to find another hotel at 10pm with 2 toddlers and 2 more family friends. Very disappointed.

Room size, normal fridge size.

No spare blankets stored in the room despite us reserving for 4 people and the room had a pull out couch. Garbage cans are not large enough. No coffee pot MANY negatives about room condition such as extremely stained bed from who knows what, one heater/ac had cut live wires on the ground just capped off. Broken window. Walls had unknown stains (snot? Food?) all over, not just one spot. Couch cushions ripped along with parts of the couch itself. Paint chipped and wall/door damage in multiple spots. Entire walk to the room on the 2nd floor smelled like cigarettes. Stains on the floor. The ac was leaking a lot of water all night. Some outlets not working. Holes and stains on the blankets.

This was the most unclean hotel I have ever been to - what looked like a puke spot still had the crusty outline and was splashed onto the bedskirt so it wasn’t even just a stain, it hadn’t even been cleaned. An old pop socket was stuck to one of the nightstands. All of the table surfaces were not cleaned. The bathroom floor looked like it had been untouched as well and was extremely dirty with debris visibly getting kicked around as we walked through the bathroom to look at it. We were told no other rooms were available and that we would get a refund, which never got refunded. Management was a complete pain to deal with, was near impossible to get ahold of, and has done everything he possibly could to get out of giving the refund we were told multiple times that we would get.
