Royal Suites

I know the rates are low but it doesn’t have to be dirty, beds are very uncomfortable. Pool was super dirty. Good for a 5 hr sleep.

In it's hey day, many many years ago, this place may have been ok. But now....... The property is unsecure. The room is spacious but that's it. The lamp shades were torn, the bathtub plug was broke, the outlet in the sink area did not work, spots and stains on the walls, and the whole place had a weed and musty odor.

Furniture, refrigerator, microwave, all nasty. Had to wipe everything down with Lysol wipes. Visitors in building at 3;30 am loud and knocking on doors. Sink stopping up.

The property is supposed to be resent refunding the money due to the fact it was dirty. There was stuff in the tub like hair. There was no toilet paper in there. The mirror was filthy. The bedding was dirty. They gave me new stuff to change the bedding myself, and when they tried to show me another room because I complained that room had rubber bands on the floor just to start with I didn’t even bother to look at the rest of it.

I stayed at this hotel expecting a basic, clean room, but what I experienced was completely unacceptable. Firstly, A bird not ONLY got into my room but it ALSO pooped AND peed in my bed which I had to remove the sheets and still stay in the bed because when I asked housekeeping for extra sheets after she came and got the bird out she told me she would be right back with the sheets and the lady never came back to the room after until it was around time for us to check out. Secondly before me and my girlfriend checked out we found dirty used drug needles under the bed WHERE WE WAS SLEEPING. If that would have poked one of us who knows what kind of disease we could have caught that is a MAJOR health code violation just like the mold we found under the cabinet in the bathroom. We also tried checking the other cabinet but they don’t open. If the room was properly cleaned in the first place the needles would have been found and taken out the room because you have to life up the bed to tuck the sheet under the mattress. I couldn’t believe it. This place is not just unsanitary; it’s a serious health hazard. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone under any circumstances.

Convenient

The front desk clerk was very nice, understanding, and sweet. First off, when she brought me to my first suite when i walked in there was a stuffy musty smell,the light switch didn’t work, and there was a dirty towel on the floor. So I asked if she could change my room which she did, the second room was much nicer but until further inspection at the foot and under the bed was a condom magnum gold wrapper, I was so disgusted. I asked if she could change my room again which she did, the last room was much nicer and cleaner. The clerk once again was very nice and understanding. The ice machine didn’t work also. will I ever go here again? No indeed. but lesson learned!

No cups. No phone no coffee. No tv not enough light smoke alarm broke sheets dirty

The room had bedbugs and could not even get a refund for my room
