The towels are old and torn. All the bed sheets are torn and very old. Smelly.

Have an onsite restaurant but is no longer open. And hotel does not do any continental breakfast options either. Rooms are large, however my room had McDonald's stickers all over it. Outlet in bathroom didnt work. Roomservice dont know how to leave proper towel options or backup toilet paper. But for the price, its not a bad option.

I was walking into lobby to checking in at 5:00 pm. The lobby was dark and did not have light on. I yelled out to find anyone around but nobody was there. I walked out. There was no car in the parking lot. I walked back in the lobby again and kept shout out "hello", but still nobody shown up in the lobby. I gave up and went around the town looking for an other hotel to stay. I WAT MY MONEY BACK.

They dont have wifi, the hotel smells like smoke, the pool is not cleaned its green water inside of it, dont offer no kind of complimentary breakfast have to ask for towels at front desk

The place smelled like smoke. The ice machine dont work nothing in the vending machines, the pool not open, had to ask for extra towels we had a cigarette on the end table left from another customer

Hotel management is very nice and helpful.

I’m not sure how this is rated 7.6. Pros: The room was incredibly spacious. There were a sufficient amount of updated charging ports, (but the USB slots didn’t work.) The AC worked well. Parking was great. Cons: The washer and dryer look like they were stolen out of the “laundry services” area. The whole hotel reeks of cigarettes the second you step in. I would define the cleanliness as grungy. There was no facial tissue. The toilet was very low pressure. The cabinet under the sink was unfinished.

All amenities were broken! Staff is rude! Rooms are not clean, our room was full of pet hair! Floors are nasty, sheets were nasty. Half the lighting was broken!

The stay was nice, but the condition of the room wasn’t too great. Hair in the bath tub drain with no stopper to use to give kids bath. The bed was half made when we got back from our day out. The bed was bowing in the middle so we couldn’t get comfortable enough to sleep.
