"Happily stay again. "

Perfectly good hotel. Nice staff. Noisy air conditioner- they changed the room for us - no fuss. Very helpful. Bed a bit hard, but that’s very individual. Super clean and well run.

"Clean and comfy"

Clean and comfortable room. Only downside for me was the towels as they were a bit too rough for my liking. Would recommend this hotel though.

"5 star service"

It is not a 5 star hotel in size and amenities, but the service was definitely 5 star. The staff was friendly and helpful and always pleasant. It was easy enough to push two single beds together for my husband and me. The breakfast was good, the caffe/cappuccino was a self serve machine, and you did need to pay extra for a good Italian espresso. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

"Van Gogh in Vicenza."

We chose this place for its free parking and proximity to the center - only 20 to 30 minutes walking. Breakfast was good with many fruit choices. The cappuccino and espresso were made-to-order, and served with a smile. Thanks to the two brothers who run Hotel Key for their professionalism and attention to detail. We hope to return to Vicenza one day soon.
