"No a/c in room and was very hot at times"

Advertised as room with A/C but there was no A/C in room and was very hot at times. Asked the staff receptionist on how I could get the room cool and was told to open the window. Also internet was choppy and didn't have a good signal at times in my room at the 4th floor. Will not be returning to this hotel.

"Very nice and ver clean"

Very nice hotel, new interior, bathroom was very clean and well equipped. The room was bit simple but we cami only to spend the night so it was great. The hotel is located 20 munutes walk from the city center and has a free parking for hotel guests

"Key Hotel is a reasonably priced hotel"

Key is in a perfect location for city center and is also near the train station by taxi. The staff is extremely accommodating and professional. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is abundant

"an 'OK' hotel"

The hotel is overrated. It is an 'OK' hotel, perfectly suitable for an overnight or weekend in Vicenza. I wouldn't recommend it for longer stay though. The location is ok, the breakfast is ok - but nothing really to write home about. IF your travelling for business I would suggest choosing a brand hotel - Best Western or Marriott.

"Nice hotel not too far from old town"

The hotel itself is very nice but not so easy to find when you arrive by train, unless you take a taxi. It is located right next to the football stadium and I guess it will be noisy when games are taking place. Old town sights are about a 15 minute walk away.

"Love the Key"

We have stayed at Hotel Key many times and are most grateful for the hospitality and superb staff. The breakfast is also excellent. It is a good hotel if you have a car as they have some parking.

"Very friendly hotel with great breakfast."

I had a very good stay and enjoyed taking my time over the excellent breakfasts in the fine breakfast room. The hotel is a walk from the city center and railway station but if you chose your route you can walk into town along a river or past old buildings and it puts you in the right direction to walk to the Rotunda and other places in that direction.

"Nice hotel a short walk from Vicenza"

We stayed for a week. It is a little way out Vicenza, a ten minute walk to town and a twenty minute walk to the train station. There is a convenience store nearby and a polish deli next door. The staff were approachable with good English. Breakfast was continental with a large variety, something for everyone. Our room had a view, and was cleaned with toiletries replenished daily. The cleaners were careful to not to disturb our belongings. We spent some time in the hotel bar in the evenings, drinking tea. Again, the staff proved friendly.
