La reservacion de CENA en el restaurant Italiano fue excelente la comida y el trato, en cuanto al buffet de las 3 comidas esta bien, aunque los jugos sentian que eran de "caja" o envasados, , las piscinas muy ien sobre todo que en 8na zola se tiene difentes profunidades ideal par estar en familia, pero sobre todo el trato del personal hace que sea una experiencia agradable, pues todos atienden con amibilidad y rapidez

Los jugos saben a producto de caja o envasados, el sonido del show nocturno no tiene buena potencia, de repente se oye muy bajo, las camas estaban muy blandas cosa que me despertaba con un ligero dolor de espalda por esta misma situación

La playa es privada, y el mar es prácticamente una alberca, con la vista de muchos peces, la cama muy comoda, bastante amplia, frigo bar que surten diario, las comidas incluyen mariscos, los shows entretenidos

La playa al ser privada es muy pequeña, y no puedes disfrutar de un buen recorrido a lo largo de la playa, las albercas no estan climatizadas, solo la de jacuzzi

La atención de el personal. Siempre en todo momento estuvieron al pendiente de todo. Nos atendieron muy rapido y además nos ayudaron a gestionar la reserva.

Las habitaciones están viejas y con una mala proporción de distribución, se desperdicia mucho espacio y eso te hace sentir no tan cómodo. Pero entiendo que así se diseñaron a ver cuando las van a modernizar y también es aceptable por periodos cortos.

"A short 3 night stay."

This is a beautiful property, very impressive building architecture and lovely landscaped grounds. There are, however, a lot of stairs to navigate. The rooms are large and well appointed. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The food was good but not exceptional. Overall a very pleasant stay. The premium level experience was worth the extra cost.
