La zona de albercas está muy bien cuidada

Las camas son viejas y suenan cuando te acuestas, le falta mantenimiento a las habitaciones, las regaderas te tienes que pegar a la pared para bañarte, los restaurantes no tienen el nivel de servicio que esperarías.

Trato amable y cordial del personal, instalaciones cómodas y limpias.

Que no se cumple con el no apartado de camastros y el personal del hotel no desinsentiva esta práctica en los huéspedes

La comida es muy buena, tiene buen sabor y variada, generalmente los buffete no son buenos y en este caso si era rica. Las albercas muy comodas al ser de diferentes alturas. Definitivamente regresaria.

No es que no me guste, pero puede mejorar tanto la comida de los restaurantes de especialidad, esperaba un poco mas, como la calidad de las bebidas, aunque no es mala, es aceptable, pero puede mejorar.
