Went to Bath for the rugby, Bath v Saracens. Needed an hotel with parking and was able to book a slot to be sure there was no problem on arrival. Andrea was very helpful with this and other queries. We had a comfy room, perhaps a bit dated, but clean and good selections on the tea tray. We dined the first night and the meal was tasty and well presented. Charming staff, at breakfast too where there was a delicious buffet choice. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel, most especially the friendly staff. The bar had a lot of people there and a great atmosphere. Would stay again when we next came to Bath.

Ah, sorry I put that comment about the bathrooms in the wrong place. I don't want to put that here anyway! I had. a lovely time! I was at your lovely hotel for a knitting retreat run by Carmen of A Yarn Story. Both she and you and your lovely staff did a wonderful job! The hotel has to be the best place I have ever stayed with the best food, the best grounds, the best staff, the best everything. What can I say? I just loved my stay! Thank you so much for your hospitality and generosity! I hope I get a chance to come stay again!
