It was clean and quiet love it. Wish it had a pool but would still stay there again

Good location, but had to move rooms due to no a/c, second room has a leak in a second sink

Didn't stay there since they couldn't reserve my room the day before my stay. Glad I didn't go there.

Great atmosphere, beautiful trail in the back. Beds comfortable. Very nice staff. Would go back next year when I visit.

Staff was good, bathroom needs an update or at least a toilet deep clean

The check in process went well, the gal was very nice! However, our tv did not work and the bathroom was very dirty!

Relatively quite stay

We were in town for a family birthday party and since there were guests who were allergic to dogs and we travel with our service dog, we needed to find an alternative location to stay. My husband brought our dog into the hotel and was dismayed at how it smelled and looked, and they told us they had just cleaned that room. Despite the untidiness of the beds and gross looking carpets, he left our dog in the room on his own dogbed for a couple of hours. My husband felt itchy and buggy even for being in that room to drop off our bags and settle the dog. When we returned the dog was itching and eager to leave, so were we! We immediately grabbed our bags and put them in garbage bags and left the dogbed altogether. We went to the front desk to inform them of the possibility of fleas or bedbugs and that we were leaving the hotel and requested a refund. We were told by the clerk that she was not authorized to give a refund and so she called on her cellphone the "manager" to let her know what was going on and our issue with the room. We were more insistent that we could file a report of possible bedbugs/fleas in the room than about getting a refund.......we didn't want anyone else to walk away infested. We were told to "write it on a piece of paper" and leave or they would call the police to have us removed. We did indeed leave AND called the police ourselves due to the threat we were given just because we insisted a complaint be filed appropriately. NEVER again. So Rude!
