Front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, except for they need more staff to refill juice, syrup, waffle batter and replenish plates. Hot tub is great. Rooms had plenty of space and loved the fridge and microwave. Location is great. Nice lounge area.

No one cleaned our room on Saturday even though we requested it. Lack of staff to replenish breakfast items. There was lot of work going on during the day, painting, repairs, etc. Hallways were filled with carts, work equipment and housekeeping carts quite a bit. Beds were not comfortable at all and they need maybe one more blanket during the winter. Was a bit pricey with at least one night being over $300.

Clean facilities, excellent location, and very nice staff. The breakfast had more robust options than your typical continental

They were somewhat short staffed and we had to wait for 30minutes in the lobby to check in while their staff was on break.
