Best Western Plus Truckee-Tahoe Hotel

We felt safe and had everything we needed. There was a very nice jacuzzi that could fit a large family. Breakfast was pleasantly good and restaurants right across the street. We even played in the snow very close to the property.

As we loved the snow, it can also be very scary and damaging although this is not the facilities fault. Chains were required this time to access the hotel.

The breakfast was excellent and staff friendly

The pillows in the bed were horrible, and the body was soap dispenser was empty. This should have been checked prior to anyone renting the room.

The hot breakfast was very good. The staff was excellent. We stayed there on the thanksgiving night, we had to dine in because it was closed everywhere. The staff turn on the light and TV for us in the dining area. Very helpful. The location was very easy to get everywhere. There is a supermarket within 3 mins drive.

The room was clean but very old. The air con and water pipes were making so much noise. Unless you are extremely tired, I kept on waking up by the air con.
