Extended Stay America Suites - Seattle - Mukilteo

Our room was freezing cold and there was no heat. They had no open rooms to move us to. Brought us 2 blankets. We still had to turn the burners on the stove and fill the bathtub with hot water to make the room bearable to sleep. We were told they would refund our money for the inconvenience. When we called multiple times, they refused any type of compensation. They lied and refused to work with us at all.

The room really had a very bad smell. Seems like not properly cleaned for days

Clean room, comfortable bed, decent price for a night.

They advertised a breakfast included, but was only coffee, tea, muffins, and Nutri-grain bars. Disappointing...

The room was quite clean although there were some hairs on the towels and in the shower. The breakfast is nearly non-existent it should be called random free granola bar. It was poorly stocked and poorly advertised as a breakfast. It's really just a coffee bar and some plain flavored oatmeal.

Overall good for the price. If you are a pet owner, good place to stay.

Well, the coffee was very good. The front desk staff were good. The place was great, parking lot was great I didn't have to worry about my car.

Maybe because the place was being reminded there wasn't much of a variety in the breakfast department.
