Ardour Lilianfels Blue Mountains

The extra bed and large room was a pleasant surprise. The hotel has a very good ambiance. The staff were exceptionally attentive.

The lounge menu was overpriced and the food was not exceptional.

Unfreundliches Personal beim Check-in. Das Hotel wurde während unseres Aufenthalts umgebaut, was wir erst bei der Ankunft erfahren haben, dies war teilweise früh morgens aber auch tagsüber laut und störend. Insgesamt ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

Location and hotel was great.

I wasn’t able to use several of the amenities I had hoped to enjoy during my stay. The bikes, for instance, were unavailable for booking throughout most of my visit, which was disappointing as I had planned to explore the area that way. Additionally, it was quite difficult to find available times for massages, as most appointments seemed to be fully booked. On top of that, the room had an unpleasant smell upon arrival, which detracted from the overall comfort of the stay. Didn't feel like it was great value for the money.

Staff at check in were very helpful.

Staff at check out not interested and we weren’t asked if we enjoyed the stay. Bed sheets were unclean and it’s certainly not luxury accomodation. Very nice and visually stunning.

Nedostatečný proud v sériově zapojených zásuvkách, i sprchový kout má své mouchy, což oboje vyřeší rekonstrukce.

Breakfast poor for 5 star. Nearly needs updating , which they are doing on level 2
