I suggest have an ice/water machine. I don't feel safe in the elevator. ------------------------------------------------------------- The room is big, clean, organized but I think it's the time to update the carpet.

The hotel is a bit old but they have very clean sheets! I would stay here again. Also, try the eggs benedict for breakfast

Rooms were clean and staffs were friendly. I forgot to mention about my 2kids while booking 2xdouble beds. They wouldn't give them breakfast vouchers

Good for short stays (1-2 nights). Not recommended for tourists who want to get around Montreal as it’s on an island and away from major transit routes. Nowhere in the area to eat for the same reason. Your best bet is a taxi or Uber out into the city, and even then during rush hour it takes forever to get to the hotel. Good morning breakfast if you get it included, but the facilities are nothing special and average. Beds are kind of hard and room carpet feels unclean.

Construction was completely blocking entrance to even get into the property and we had to drive around for hours and by the time we got into property was 130am and I was so mad we ended up leaving.

The hotel is a budget one, and good value for money. it is quite old, and needs a facelift, for example the carpets are clean, but the stains on them could not be removed anymore. They just need to be replaced. Other than that, I had a situation where I found bugs in my bed, mostly bed bugs, I was bitten severely , but the front desk acted quickly and changed the room to a non-infested one, and also the next day, the manager offered me a free night, but no apology was provided. This incident ruined my vacation, as I was consumed all the time by the idea of how to avoid transferring these insects to my house. My suggestion to the hotel management is to have a process in place for such situations, like having medicines to alleviate the itching, and advises on how to avoid the transfer to other places as well as luggage inspection ....
