Hôtels Gouverneur Montréal - Île Charron

The carpeted room was clean and surfaces were wiped down thoroughly. It was quiet and got good quality sleep. 👍

Good hotel but cheap breakfast!

The man at the front said we have to keep the water running for five minutes to get it warm.

The elevator was noisy,bathrooms shower knob was difficult to use as it was old The hotel needs some upgrades ,breakfast needs some changes Overall I will give 3 ⭐️

The hotel floor is very dirty and carpet in very old and dirty. I've checked the bed before we sleep and the hairs are everywhere on comforter and too much dust on the top of TV cabinet. I've complained to the receptionist and she was very nice and offered me another hotel room but not much different. I'm not recommended this hotel to anyone.

Absolutely terrible. Paid $175 for one night, we slept with our clothes on. Room looked like it was furnished with second hand furniture, all banged and scratched up. After seeing insect (wirhin 5 minutes) asked for a cleaner more undated room. We were given a room with peeling and cracked wallpaper, stained carpet, less smelly than the first room. Hotel Gouverneur you need to lower your prices, this is NOT what a $175 room should look like. It was really late for us, drove in from a distance. If i would have known the area better, we wouldn't have stayed $ woul have left to find a better room. Ive seen motels with nicer rooms. And Expedia your rating is way off. This is a 2/5 star at best.

My car was stolen from hotel's parking lot

I liked the cleanliness and the fact that it was on an island off Montreal. Breakfast, room, everything was top notch. No complaints really.

Horrible location. 9 mins highway congestion of traffic daily sitting in front of the hotel waiting to exit the highway . Horrible! GPS give 6 mins to grocery store and 16 mins back due to traffic. Poor sleep, beds and mattresses are flimsy and cheap. Staff was amazing and helpful!!
