"Canicule, nous venons 2 nuits pour la clim... la clim est HS et on ne nous propose aucune solution"

En plein pic de canicule, nous venons 2 nuits pour la clim... mais la clim dans notre chambre est à la ramasse (passage d'un technicien qui confirme alors le problème). Après ce constat et malgré notre demande, on ne nous aura proposé aucune solution. Je suis encore étonné de ne pas avoir demandé un remboursement. 450€ jetés à la poubelle !!

RIEN ! nous avons décidé avec mon épouse de séjourner dans cette hôtel 4 étoiles au prix très élevé pour être certain d’avoir une chambre avec une climatisation efficace par ces températures élevées. Quelle déception d’avoir passé la nuit dans un hôtel avec une climatisation très faible !!!!!! j’ai appelé la réception pour me plaindre mais aucune solution m’a été apportée. Impossibilité de booster la climatisation ni la proposition de nous changer de chambre. Très très déçu et je ne retournerai jamais dans cet hôtel
